Sarah Mitchell founded Strategy Partners in 2010 after a decade as a partner at McKinsey, where she led transformation programs across financial services, healthcare, and industrial sectors. She left to build something different: a firm where senior partners stay deeply involved in client work from beginning to end, and where the measure of success is impact delivered, not hours billed.

Today, Strategy Partners operates from offices in New York, London, and Singapore, with a team of 25 senior consultants who bring deep sector expertise to every engagement. We work exclusively with Fortune 500 organizations on their most complex strategic and operational challenges.
